Treading The Path of Return
None of us grow up completely isolated, one way or another we are always in ‘relationship’, whether it be with other people, groups, nature, our pets, God, religion or even inanimate objects such as food. And of course – the big daddy of them all, our relationship with our ‘self’. In the broadest sense this book is about one woman’s relationship with herself, her relationship with evolution. It is about how she came to be what she was at sixty and how, in the later stages of her life, she completely re-imprinted her relationship with ‘self’ as she developed a deeper connection with her inner-most divine essence.
Writing in her late seventies and early eighties, Anne explains why she feels more joyous and is surrounded by more friends than in any other time of her life, thanks to meeting Serge Benhayon in her early sixties. What Serge presented resonated deep inside her body as a known truth and so, for the last twenty years Anne has embarked on a journey of re-discovery as she slowly re-connected to the beautiful and loving woman within – a woman she had spent a lifetime ignoring as she played various male roles and constructed a false ‘self’ to fit in with what she thought the world wanted her to be if she were to be accepted and loved.
